Your Privacy Choices
Last updated: 19 June 2026
This page explains the choices you can make about your personal data and how to exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For full details on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it. When you ask us to delete your account, it is deactivated immediately and then permanently erased after a 30-day grace period, during which you can ask us to restore it if you change your mind. We delete or anonymise your personal data, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.
- In the app: open Profile → Your data → Delete account and confirm.
- On the web: sign in and go to Your privacy & data, then choose Delete account.
- By email: write to lexorate@lexorate.com and we will action your request.
Request a Copy of Your Data
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you (your right of access and data portability). We prepare your export and send it to your account email address within 30 days.
- In the app: open Profile → Your data → Request my data.
- On the web: sign in and go to Your privacy & data, then choose Request my data.
- By email: write to lexorate@lexorate.com.
Manage Consent
You can review and change the consents that apply to your account.
- Parental consent (children). Where the user is below the age of digital consent in their country, a parent or guardian must consent before personal data is collected. Parents and guardians can give, review, or withdraw that consent, and can contact us at lexorate@lexorate.com to access, correct, or delete their child's data. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Leaderboard name visibility. By default you appear anonymously on leaderboards and your name is not shown. You can choose to show your first name and last initial — or return to anonymous at any time — in your profile settings, in the app or on the web.
Your Other Rights
Under the GDPR you also have the right to rectify inaccurate data, restrict or object to certain processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below, or correct your account details directly in your profile. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
